| 摘 要： | 介绍了300 MW引进型机组无备用汽源单机冷态启动技术及实际应用,详细论述了无备用汽源下单机冷态启动的技术应用过程和主要操作注意事项,为满足单机冷态启动,对锅炉空预器吹灰技术进行了改造,增加了压缩空气吹灰功能,应用效果良好。该单机冷态启动技术可为其他同类型机组提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The technology of single-unit cold startup without auxiliary gas source in imported 300 MW unit and its application are introduced,and the technology application process and main operation notes are discussed in detail.In order to satisfy the single-unit cold startup condition,the ash blow technology of boiler air preheater is modified and the function of compress air ash blow is added which has good application effect.The proposed single-unit cold startup technology can provide references for other similar type units. |
