污泥分级分相厌氧反应器水力特性研究

摘    要:污泥厌氧生物反应器的结构决定了反应器的流态,从而影响着可能达到的污泥处理效率.为了提高石化水厂剩余污泥的厌氧消化效率,对一种新型的污泥分级分相厌氧反应器的结构进行了优化设计.采用停留时间分布RTD(residence time distribution)的方法研究了反应器的降流区、升流区面积之比、溢流板高度和水力停留时间等参数和反应器水力特性之间的关系.结果表明,分级分相反应器的死区较小(7.51%),远低于传统单级厌氧生物反应器(50%~93%);该反应器流态处于平推流和完全混合之间;降流区、升流区面积之比最佳值为1:2,溢流板高度为450 mm时死区最小;在平均污泥浓度为25 gVSS?L?1的条件下,最佳水力停留时间为24 h.

Influence of Structure on Hydrodynamic Characteristics of Staged Multi-Phase Anaerobic Reactor for Sludge

Abstract:The structure of the sludge anaerobic reactor determines the flow patterns in the reactor so as to affect the anaerobic digestion efficiency.In order to improve the anaerobic digestion efficiency of the residual activated sludge from the petrochemical wastewater treatment plant,the structure of the Staged Multi-Phase Anaerobic Reactor(SMPAR) was optimized,and the relation between the hydrodynamic characteristics of the SMPAR and its structure parameters,such as the ratio of area of upflow chamber to downflow chamber,the height of overflow and the hydrodynamic retention time of the reactor,was studied by the RTD(residence time distribution) method.The results show that the SMPAR has much lower dead space fraction(7.51%) than those of other type anaerobic reactors(50%~93%);the flow pattern in SMPAR are in the pattern between plug-flow and perfectly mixed.It was found that the optimal flow area ratio value of downflow chamber to upflow chamber is 1:2;the fraction of dead space is lowest when the height of the overflow plate is 450 mm and the optimal value of the hydrodynamic retention time is 24 h when the average sludge concentration is 25 gVSS?L?1.
