小电流接地选线装置性能评价方法研究

摘    要:我国6~35 kV配电网普遍采用小电流接地方式,小电流接地选线装置是确保配电网可靠安全运行的关键设备,其性能检测与评价方法对确保产品的科学选型和质量改进至关重要。考虑选线装置性能的主要评价标准,量化各指标的重要程度;研究各指标的主要影响因素,分析这些因素在实际运行中的发生概率,量化各因素对指标的影响程度,构建性能评价方案。该评价方案能够直观全面地对设备性能进行评价,为设计部门和运行单位的设备选型及选线装置安全运行提供技术依据和保证。

Abstract:Small current grounding is commonly used in 6~35 kV distribution network in China.Small current grounding line selection device is the key device to the secure and reliable operation of distribution network.The performance inspection and evaluation is very important to the type selection and quality improvement of the line selection device.Firstly,the main evaluation standard of the line selection device is considered and the important degree of each index is quantified.Then main factors that influence indexes are researched and their occurrence probabilities in operation are analyzed.At last,the influence degree of each factor to indexes is quantified and the performance evaluation scheme is established.The proposed scheme can evaluate the performance of the device directly and entirely which provides the technical basis and guarantee not only for the type selection of the design and operation department but also for the security operation of small current grounding line selection device.
