超临界机组循环水泵振动异常原因分析及处理

摘    要:介绍了广西某发电厂循环水泵在运行中突然振动大的经过及解体检查情况,找出导致水泵振动大的主要原因是导叶体受到海水腐蚀导致动静配合面间隙变大。通过对导叶体修复处理,消除了循环水泵振动噪音异常增大的缺陷。

Abstract:The sudden increasing vibration process of a circulating water pump in operation and its inspection under disassembled condition in a certain power plant in Guangxi are introduced.The main reason that the guide vane body was corroded by seawater which enlarges the gap of the dynamic and static contact surface was found.The abnormal increasing vibration noise of circulating water pump was eliminated after the guide vane body has been repaired.
