摘 要: | 施耐德与西门子是两种完全不同的控制系统,具有各自互不兼容的总线协议,但总线接口均为标准的工业通讯接口。经过对两种通讯接口及通讯协议的深入了解和对现场实际工况进行分析之后,决定选择使用第三方网关设备AnyBus,实现两个系统之间的数据交换,解决系统间数据无法通讯的问题,实现火电厂对于多个控制系统整合的技术要求。

Abstract: | Schneider Quantum control system differs from Siemens S7-300 control system in the bus protocol and interface but both of them have standard port for industrial communication.This paper represents an effective method to obtain data between two independent systems using a third-part gateway device,on which the basis of serious analysis the characteristics of the hardware and software and demands of working process. |
