摘 要: | 燃油流量标准装置检定系统(以下简称检定系统)以经典的静态质量法原理为基础模型,实现了全自动化燃油流量计的检定工作,相比普通的检定软件,降低了检定员的劳动强度,提高了获取数据的精准度,具有很重要的现实意义。从系统架构设计、精准时序控制、智能控制策略三个方面的运用的关键技术,论述了检定系统的实现。

Abstract: | The verification system of fuel flow standard device(hereinafter referred to as verification system)is based on the classical principle of static quality method.It realizes the automation of daily fuel flow meter verification work.Compared with ordinary verification software,it greatly reduces the labor intensity of the inspectors and improves the accuracy of data acquisition.It has very important practical significance.This paper discusses the realization of verification system from three aspects,system architecture design,precise timing control and intelligent control strategy. |
