基于试探式预测控制的再热汽温控制应用研究

摘    要:在广义预测控制的基础上提出了一种试探式预测控制算法,简化了对非线性被控对象的计算过程。针对火电机组中的再热汽温控制过程中的强非线性强和大滞后的特点,提出了基于试探式预测控制技术的火电机组再热汽温控制系统,实际应用表明,改进后的再热汽温控制系统大幅度减小了再热汽温的稳态和动态偏差,同时减少了喷水量,提高机组的经济性。

Abstract:Based on generalized predictive control,this paper proposes a heuristic predictive control algorithm,which simplifies the calculation process of nonlinear controlled objects.Aiming at the characteristics of strong nonlinearity and large hysteresis in the process of reheating steam temperature control in thermal power units,a reheating steam temperature control system based on heuristic predictive control technology is proposed.The hot steam temperature control system greatly reduces the steady state and dynamic deviation of the reheat steam temperature,while reducing the amount of water spray and improving the economics of the unit.
