| Abstract: | According to the theory of sustainable development, a new model of water environment system planning has been established on the basis of analysing problems of traditional water resources planning.This paper gives emphasis on the points of the guiding ideology and principle of water environment system planning on the basis of sustainable utilization,the levels,the contents,the model and its application of the planning. |
