| Abstract: | To overall realize sea embankment standardization,people must use effect countermeasures, such as widening up funds sources, quickening construction step,doing well scientific planning and design,guaranteeing the quality of project and putting forth early policy and law concerned. Build and manage sea embankment according to law and insure project opperating safetly. |
