摘    要:在火法炼铜的过程中,原料水分含量的测量是一个关键的环节。为了克服传统的原料水分测定方法复杂、时间长的缺点,本文率先研究了利用微波技术快速测定铜精矿水分的新方法,同时对不同含水量的原料对检测结果的影响进行了分析和讨论。另外,详细地对实验装置、特性及其使用方法进行了介绍,并对该技术在火法生产铜中的应用作了展望。

Abstract:Moisture measurement in copper concentrate is a key step for extraction of copper from pyrometallurgical process. To overcome the complex and time - consuming disadvantages of conventional moisture measuring, a novel method for quick moisture measurement by means of microwave technique is studied iri this paper. The effects of material with different moistures to the measuring results are also analyzed and discussed in detail. Furthermore, experimental equipment, properties and applications are also presented. Application of the on - line measuring moisture of copper concentrate during the copper production is also discussed.
