摘    要:介绍了近年在上海地区建设的若干重大隧道工程采用的管片接缝防水新构造、管片混凝土耐久性指标的检测、管片接缝防水材料的耐久性设计等若干创新技术,并对几个值得重新认识的问题阐明了观点,比如地下连续墙的实际抗渗等级与规范规定的矛盾、隧道连络通道复合防水层与冻结法施工的冲突以及管片背面处理与管片单块检漏等。

Abstract:The article introduces some innovative techniques used in tunnel projects in Shanghai in recent years, including new waterproof construction of segment joints, inspection of concrete durability of segment, durability design of waterproof material for segment joints. In addition, it also views some issues, such as discrepancy between actual impermeability of underground continuous wall and specification, composite waterproof layer of tunnel's connecting channel conflicts with freezing construction method and how to deal with leak inspection of individual segment and back treatment of segment.
