板料拉延成形中压梗约束力的计算机预测

摘    要:在汽车覆盖件的成形中, 通常在压料面设置压梗, 以消除起皱, 提高成形质量。压梗约束力是一个很重要的参量,拉延材料的力学性能、压梗的几何尺寸以及摩擦系数等均对它有影响。本文基于人工神经网络基本理论, 建立了压梗约束力的网络模型, 并用该模型对压梗约束力进行了计算机预测, 预测结果与试验结果比较接近。本文的模型和结果对于有限元模拟系统的建立以及压力机吨位的合理选用和确定, 具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Normally,a drawbead is provided on the die face for autobody panel forming to avoid wrinkles and improve forming quality.The drawbead restraining force(DBRF) is an important parameter.It is influenced by other parameters such as the tensile material properties,drawbead geometry and coeficient of friction etc.Based on artificial neuron networks theory,the model of DBRF was established and the DBRF during drawing was predicted by the model.The predicted results are in excellent agreement with measurements.The model and results are very useful in both finite element modeling and press capacity specification.
