| 摘 要： | 印染厂的设备大多是大型联合机组，其最重要的特征就是要求前后单元布速必须完全同步，否则将造成大量次布或根本不能正常生产。针对平幅显色皂洗机直流调速系统控制上存在的布速同步问题，利用变频调速器对原同步控制系统进行改造，效果明显，各项调速参数完全满足印染生产工艺的同步要求。改造后，不但布速稳定、调速方便、控制简单、易于维护，而且还能节约大量能源，进一步降低企业的生产成本。

| Abstract: | Because of existed problem of synchronous speed of the fabrics on direct current speed regulating system of open width soaping washer.regulating frequency speed governor remakes the original synchronized controlling system.After remake,the speed changing parameter of the system can meet the needs of dyeing and finishing process.The system features stable fab-ric speed.convenient speed controlling,simple centroI,easy maintenance,as well as energy saving and cost reduction. |
