杂多酸催化合成癸酸异戊酯

摘    要:以钨锗杂多酸H4GeW12O40为催化剂,对癸酸与异戊醇的液相酯化反应进行了研究.考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、醇酸比、带水剂用量对合成癸酸异戊酯的影响,得到合成该酯的较适宜条件.在此条件下,其酯化率可达98.7%.

Abstract:Tungstogermanic heteropoly acid H 4GeW 12 O 40 was used as the catalyst for the esterification of capric acid and iso-amyl alcohol in liquid phase.Effects of the amount of the catalyst used,the reaction time,the ratio of reactants and the amount of the agent taking off water from the reaction container on synthesizing iso-amyl caprate were investigated,The suitable condition for synthesizing the ester was obtained.Under the optimum conditions,the esterification ratio could reach 98 7%.
