摘    要:针对油田老式循环固控系统设计不合理、技术性能落后等问题,分析了钻井过程中固相类型、胜利油田的地层特点及当前钻井液固控设备现状,对固控设备流程进行了优化设计,形成了适合胜利油田地层特点的钻井液固控系统优化配置方案。采用新型振动筛可提高钻井液的固相控制能力,减轻循环系统用电功率;钻井液除砂除泥一体机能满足各种条件下钻井液固相控制的要求,减少钻井液排放;高低速离心机串联使用可控制深井加重钻井液的固相,除去较小颗粒有害固相,实现对重晶石的有效回收。现场应用表明,进行钻井液固控系统优化配置后固控效果明显提高。

Abstract:In accordance of the problem of improper design and poor technical performance of matured cycling solid control system,the solid phase in drilling process,the formation characteristics of Shengli Oilfield,and the current status of solid control equipment are analyzed,and the solid control equipment circulation system is optimized.The optimizing program for the drilling fluid solid control system suitable for Shengli Oilfield formation features is formed.The application of the new type of shaker can improve the solid control ability of drilling fluid and decrease the circulation electric power,and the desander meet the demands of solid control under different conditions and save the operation area.The use of high and low speed centrifuges in series can control the solid of deep well weighted slurry,eliminate harmful small solid beads,and carry out the recover of baritite.Field test proves the solid control effect is improved significantly.
