插管式安全封堵工艺管柱研究

摘    要:针对K344桥塞封堵工艺管柱易出现“插旗杆、灌香肠”等恶性事故、堵剂易返吐、现有插管封隔器耐压低且难钻除等问题,进行了插管式安全封堵管柱研究。利用新型插管式可钻桥塞、坐封工具、插管和扶正器组成安全封堵管柱。该管柱在完成注灰后,可迅速上提插管,关闭注灰通道,防止堵剂返吐,有效避免了“插旗杆、灌香肠”等恶性事故;特殊密封形式和可钻桥塞助钻磨机构提高了插管封隔器的耐压指标及可钻性能。该工艺管柱现场应用效果良好,大大提高了封堵施工的安全性。

Abstract:Aiming at problems encountered in using plug sealing technological string K344 such as “flag erecting sausage stuffing” serious accidents, plugging agent being easy flow back, and existed bayonet-tube packer being poor pressure resistant and difficult drilling and removing, a research on safe sealing technological string with bayonet-tube has carried out. The newly safe plugging string is composed of novel bayonet-tube drillable bridge plug, setting tool, bayonet tube and centralizer. After ash injection, the bayonet tube could be rapidly pulled out and then the injection channel could be shut down to prevent the plugging agent flow back, which could avoid most of the accidents. The special sealing method of bayonet-tube tools and specific design of drilling and grinding tools with drillable bridge plugs greatly enhance the pressure resistant index and drillability of packers. Field application of this technological string has showed good effect and obviously increased the safety of sealing construction.
