小排量、高扬程潜油电泵机组设计及应用

摘    要:针对深井、斜井采油工艺的需要,设计了小排量、高扬程潜油电泵机组。通过对电泵机组在斜井段的状态分析,在机组结构设计上进行了技术改进,并对机组关键部位的零部件进行优选和自行设计制作,增强了机组通过斜井段、在倾斜状态下运转的适应能力。下井前对机组排量、扬程、电流、电压等技术要求进行了室内验证。现场4口井应用表明,小排量、高扬程潜油电泵具有提液和延长检泵周期的效果,基本满足了深井、斜井、低产量井采油工艺的需要。

Abstract:a set of submersible electric pump system for small displacement and high lift was designed and was oriented to the needs of oil production technique in deep wells and inclined wells.The structure design of pump system was technologically improved by analyzing the state of electric pump system in deviation well section,and then the components located in key parts were optimized and manufactured by ourselves.With all of these,the adaptation of pump system to running in slope state was strengthened greatly when comes through deviation well sections.Aseries of technical requirements for displacement,lift,current and voltage of this pump system were tested and verified indoor before running-in down hole.The results of on-site application in four wells have shown pretty good liquid-lift ability and a longer maintenance period for submersible pump with small displacement and high lift,which satisfy the requirements of oil production technology for wells like deep wells,inclined wells and low production wells.
