摘    要:介绍了台山电厂1000MW机组无旁路湿法石灰石-石膏烟气脱硫(fluegasdesulfurization,FGD)系统的特点,分析了FGD系统无旁路运行时主机及FGD系统本身存在的运行风险,提出无旁路FGD系统在设计、施工、调试和运行维护等方面控制风险的措施。168h试运行及生产运行结果表明,采取各项控制措施后,FGD系统运行效果良好。

Abstract:The paper expounds characteristics of non-bypass wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulphurization(FGD) of 1 000 MW boiler in Taishan power plant and analyzes risks in non-bypass operation of major unit and FGD system itself.It proposes control measures against risks in design,construction,commissioning and operation & maintenance of non-bypass FGD system.168-hour preliminary operation and production run show that FGD system operates well after taking the control measures.
