微车变速器的轴承-齿轮轴系非线性三维接触动态特性研究

摘    要:针对现有接触研究方法的不足,以某微车变速器第四挡齿轮传动系统为研究对象,提出了轴承-齿轮轴系的三维接触非线性动态有限元分析模型,进行了齿轮传动轴承-齿轮轴系非线性三维接触动态特性研究,实现了齿轮系统啮合冲击的动力学仿真,得到了动态啮合时轮齿的接触状态、接触应力、齿根弯曲应力等随啮合位置变化的规律。研究结果为变速器的动态性能优化提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Considering the drawbacks of existing contact andlysis method, a mini-car gearbox's 4th shift gear system is taken as investigation object. The bearing-gear system's three dimension nonlinear contact dynamics model is presented and 3-D contact nonlinear dynamic characteristic is studied. The regularity of dynamic parameters that vary with meshing positions, including contact state,contact stress, tooth root bending stress etc is obtained. The research results provide basis for dynamic characteristic optimization of gearbox.
