| 摘 要： | 教师教学质量的评估是高等教育评估中的一个层次,是当前教学改革所面临的重要课题.本文通过对教师教学过程的分析,论述了教师教学质量定量评估的方式和指标体系,并运用模糊数学的原理,对评估数据的处理提出了科学的方案.同时,结合我院实际情况,对评估的具体办法、步骤作了简要的设想.

| Abstract: | The evaluation of teaching quality of teachers is an important part of the evaluation of higher education and an important subject challenging the present teaching reform, too. By making concrete analyses of the teaching process of teachers, the manner of quantitative evaluation of teaching quality as well as the quota system are described in this paper. Hence, a scientific pattern has been suggested on the handling of the evaluational data through employing the principles of the vague mathematics. At the same time, in accordance with the existing situation of the college, the concrete methods and steps used in the evaluation are also worked out in simple way. |
