麦秆稀酸水解液的脱色脱毒研究

摘    要:为了充分利用麦秆纤维素,并提高水解液发酵性能,对麦秆纤维素稀酸水解液的脱色脱毒进行了研究,考察了活性炭的用量、反应温度、时间、pH值对水解液的脱色率及还原糖含量的影响。结果表明,脱色的最优条件为:活性炭用量∶水解液体积=2∶1,温度为35℃,时间为60 m in,pH为4.0,在此条件下的脱色率为88.11%,还原糖损失率为48.54%,糠醛的去除率达到74.91%,酚类化合物可以全部去除。

Abstract:The decolorization and detoxification process of straw cellulose acid hydrolyzate were studied in order to utilize sufficiently cellulose and improve hydrolysate fermentability.The influence of amount of active carbon,reaction temperature,time and pH on decolorization rate of hydrolysate and the content of reducing sugar were discussed.The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions was as follows:the ratio of activated carbon to the volume of hydrolyzate was 2 ∶ 1,the temperature was 35 ℃,the time was 60 min and the pH was 4.0.Under these conditions,there was a maximum that the rate of decolorization was 88.11%,the loss of reducing sugar was 48.54%,and the removal rate of furfural was 74.91%,respectively.Almost all the phenolic compounds can be removed completely.
