矿井中猴车自动控制系统设计

摘    要:根据大屯煤电集团徐庄煤矿的特点,详细论述了猴车自动控制系统中井下主站控制系统和地面监控系统的设计方案,其中井下主站控制系统采用西门子S7-300系列PLC实现了对猴车的控制运行,地面监控系统采用组态王软件实现了对猴车运行状况的监控和记录。设计的系统可靠、稳定,提高了矿井的自动化水平。

Abstract:The paper put forward a detailed design plan of both underground controlling system of primary station and ground monitoring system in automatic control system of monkey car based on datun coal and electricity group,xuzhuang coal mining.The underground controlling system of primary station adopts S7-300 series PLC produced by SIEMENS to achieve controlling operation of monkey car and ground monitoring system uses KingView to monitor and record operating conditions.The system is reliable and stable and it improves automation level in mines.
