基于LabVIEW时频分析的滚动轴承故障诊断

摘    要:以LabVIEW为平台设计滚动轴承振动信号分析软件,实现对滚动轴承故障信号的时域分析和频域分析。时域分析主要实现对滚动轴承振动信号的自相关、均值、有效值、峰值以及峭度值分析。对滚动轴承振动信号的频域分析主要完成对滚动轴承振动信号的幅值频谱分析、功率谱分析、Hilbert包络谱分析、倒频谱分析以及ZOOM-FFT分析。利用该分析软件对实测滚动轴承故障信号进行了分析,取得了良好的分析效果。

Abstract:The rolling bearing vibration signal analysis software is designed based on LabVIEW,and time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis of rolling bearing can be realized with this software.The time domain analysis of rolling bearing vibration signal realizes correlation analysis,average amplitude analysis,effective value analysis and kurtosis value analysis.The frequency analysis of rolling bearing vibration signal realizes amplitude spectrum analysis,power spectrum analysis,Hilbert envelope spectrum analysis,cepstrum analysis and ZOOM-FFT analysis.The software is used to analysis fault rolling bearing vibration signal got from practice,and good analysis result is got.
