| 摘 要： | 矿用液压链条锯是用于煤矿井下辅助施工的液压驱动切割工具。介绍了其工作原理和结构设计,并与传统手工作业的使用效果进行对比,结果显示该装备使用安全可靠、切割效率高、一次切割深度大、开槽成型好、精度高、费用低,能广泛应用于工程和矿山施工作业,特别适合井下各类岩巷、煤巷密闭的掏槽。

| Abstract: | The hydraulic chainsaw for coal mine is a hydraulic driven cutting tool for accessorial construction.Introduced hydraulic chainsaw working principle and structural design,and then compared with performance between actual slotting by using hydraulic chainsaw and by hand in coal and rock.It is verified that It offer high safety,high efficiency,large cutting depth,elegant shape,excellent general service seal of slot and low cost.So,it can be widely used in many engineering and mine fields,especially slotting in coal tunnel and rock tunnel when building fire seal at coal mine underground. |
