椭圆台类零件加工数学模型及宏程序

摘    要:椭圆台侧面的精加工一般用球刀切削,应该采用刀心变高层切法加工,以提高加工表面质量和效率。通过建立数学模型,计算刀心坐标,证明在保证切削点的轨迹是椭圆的前提下,刀心变高层切时的刀心轨迹是空间曲线。提出了刀心变高层切法的加工方法误差和逼近误差计算方法,以便提前预测零件加工精度。

Abstract:Generally,cutting the side surface of oval table use ball-end tool.It makes the ball tangent to the surface of convex table and improves the surface quality and production efficiency to be used "tool height changed layers cutting method ".The mathematical model to calculate the tool point coordinates is established in this paper.It is ensure that the trajectory of the tool point is a space curve under the premise of the trajectory of the cutting point is an ellipse with this method.This paper proposes a method how to calculate the processing error and approximation error to predict parts machining accuracy,writes a macro program to cut this sort of processing features.
