托辊淋水试验装置的改进设计

摘    要:托辊淋水试验装置是检测托辊防水密封性能的重要设备,由于结构设计有缺陷以及维护少等原因,在试验过程中,经常会出现驱动电机损坏的情况。针对此类问题,通过对试验装置结构进行分析,发现导致电机损坏的原因,并提出了有效的改进设计,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:Rain testing equipment a important equipment of testing resistance rain sealability.The drive motor often breaks due to unreasonable design of equitment as well as improper maintenance and employment when experimenting.The paper finds cause of drive moto breaked Through analysis structural design of testing equipment,and proposes effective solutiong and obtained good effects in actual applications.
