基于ABAQUS的某重型载货车驱动桥桥壳有限元分析

摘    要:以某重型载货车驱动桥桥壳为例,运用CATIA软件建立重型载货车驱动桥壳的数字模型,并使用ABAQUS对桥壳各阶固有频率和各工况下的最大应力、变形值进行有限元分析,分析结果表明该桥壳具有足够的强度和刚度,且不会引起共振,为桥壳的设计和试验提供了理论指导。

Abstract:The digital model of a heavy goods vehicle driving axle housing is established by CATIA first,then the model is imported into ABAQUS to perform a finite element analysis in order to work out its natural frequency,maximum stress and deformation magnitude in each working condition.The analysis result proves that the product contains enough strength and stiffness,it won't resonate with the load,which provides theoretical foundation for the design and test of axle housing.
