基于模糊控制的综采工作面支架压力监测系统的设计

摘    要:针对目前无法对工作面支架的受力情况进行实时、整体、连续掌握的问题,设计了一种基于模糊控制的综采工作面支架压力监测系统。该系统通过压力传感器实时采集工作面支架压力数据进行显示,利用模糊分析识别支架工作状态,并在必要的时候进行压力辅助输出,以提高顶煤的回采率。通过CAN总线和工业以太网将支架压力数据及工作状态输送至地面主机,便于调度人员及时了解工作面支架工作情况,及时调度指挥。

Abstract:In view of problem that current pressure of support cannot be monitored in real-time、overall and continuous,pressure monitoring system for fully mechanized powered support based on fuzzy control was designed.The system has such function as real-time collecting and displaying pressure data for fully mechanized supports,getting working status of support through using fuzzy analysis,and pressureassisted output when it is necessary to improve the percentage of top-coal recovery.It also can sent date and status to computer through CAN bus and industrial Ethernet,it is convenient for dispatching staff to understand coalface status clearly and to supervise timely.
