| 摘 要： | 针对煤矿井下环境恶劣、干扰严重等情况,提出了一种基于西门子PLC的煤矿井下自动化监控系统设计方案。系统由传感器、执行器、监控分站、通信网络、井上主机等组成。监控分站采用西门子S7-300 PLC,主机与监控分站通过工业以太网进行通信。主机监控软件采用WinCC7.0开发。基于该方案所开发的多个系统已在煤矿应用,具有功能强大、可靠性高、安装维护方便等优点,取得了良好的效果,具有很高的推广价值。

| Abstract: | According to hostile environment and severe interference in underground coal mine,a solution of underground coal mine automation monitoring system based on Siemens PLC was put forward.The system is comprised of sensors,actuators,monitoring stations,communication network and host computer etc.The monitoring station was made up by Siemens S7-300 PLC.It communicated with host computer through industrial Ethernet.The software of host computer was developed by WinCC7.0.Multiple systems had been used in several coal mines and got a very good effect.The system has a high promotional value. |
