| 摘 要： | 在焊接组对工装的设计过程中,除了要考虑工件的定位和夹紧问题,还要考虑焊接零件如何放入工装中、焊接过程中工件的变形以及焊接件组成一个整体后如何从焊接组对工装中取出的问题。为了解决和处理这些问题,深入讨论了焊接组对工装的设计过程,以提高工装的可靠性和产品质量。

| Abstract: | In the design process of welding assembly tooling,besides coping with workpiece positioning and clamping,we should also consider how to put welding parts into the assembly tooling,the deformation of the workpiece during welding,and how to release the workpiece from the assembly tooling after welding.In order to solve these problems and improve the reliability and product quality about assembly tooling,the design process of welding assembly tooling is discussed in this paper. |
