摘    要:通过整体和部件的力与力矩的平衡关系,推导了反四连杆放顶煤液压支架在不考虑掩护梁受力和考虑掩护梁受力2种状态下的力学平衡方程组,并对方程组进行了求解;通过列表的方式对比了两状态下不同摩擦系数的ZFS6500/19/34液压支架的力学数据差异。论证了只有考虑掩护梁受力,才能准确地计算出反四连杆放顶煤液压支架整体的力学特性。

Abstract:Through the balance between torque of hydraulic support and its components,deduced the force balance equations about shield beam not forcing and shield beam forcing for anti-four-link caving hydraulic support,and provided the equations solution;It has been provided the force comparisons list about ZFS6500/19/34 hydraulic support on shield beam not forcing and shield beam forcing in different friction coefficient.The conclusion has been drawn that accurate force result is under taking account of the shield beam forcing in anti-four-link caving hydraulic support designing.
