矿井砌壁金属模板同步增力脱模机构的研究与改进

摘    要:介绍了金属模板及其同步增力脱模机构在煤矿立井井筒筑壁施工中的作用及重要性,并分析了传统同步增力脱模机构存在的问题,针对这一问题,提出改进方案,将改进后的脱模机构与传统的脱模机构进行了比较,发现其增大了模板的有效收缩间距和脱模力,改善了金属模板的脱模性能,为其研究和改进提供了理论依据,有利于提高矿井使用的安全可靠性。

Abstract:Introduced role and importance of metal formwork and synchronous and forceful demoulding mechanism in construction of mine shaft wall,and analyzed traditional synchronous and forceful demoulding mechanism existing problems.In order to solve this problem,put forward improvement plan,compared with traditional mechanism,and found that it increased effective contraction spacing and force to demould of formwork.Improved demoulding performance of metal formwork,and providing a theoretical basis for its research and improvement.It is helpful to improve safety and reliability of mine to use.
