细长杆磨削加工方法

摘    要:在加工技术中对细长杆进行磨削时,往往会因为对细长杆控制的不稳定而加工出不合格的零件,所以稳定细长杆在磨削技术中显得尤为重要。通过对中心架的研究和设计,提出了对细长杆稳定磨削的一种有效方法,使细长杆在磨削过程中具有更高的稳定性。在磨削技术的发展中起到了积极的作用。

Abstract:In the processing technology,we often produce the unqualified parts because of the slender rod controlling instability,so the stability of slender rod in grinding technology is particularly important.Under the reserch and design to the center frame,we put out an effective method about slender rod grindeing.Then the slender rod in the grinding process has higher stability and in grinding technology development has played a positive role.
