步进式输送机电控系统设计

摘    要:重点研究单片机在步进电机控制中的作用以及优势,利用单片机对步进电机进行多功能控制;在Multisim软件中设计和优化驱动电路;设计软件环分控制方案,在Keil中通过编程和调试实现;利用Proteus对单片机进行仿真,改变单片机输出信号,控制步进电机的速度和步长,连接示波器检测单片机输出信号。该电控系统具有结构简单,电阻消耗功率小,维护简便等优点。

Abstract:This paper mainly study single-chip microcomputer applications,advantages and multifunction control in controlling stepping conveyor,in addition,driving circuits are designed and optimized in Multisim.This paper designs software circular distribution flow project,then make program and debug it in keil.This paper uses proteus to simulate single-chip microcomputer,and change stepping conveyorspeed and step length by changing single-chip microcomputer output signals.Finally,these signals are detected by oscilloscope.It features simple structure,small electric resistance power consumption and easiness of maintenance.
