基于Pro/E的矿用多功能水泵联动阀的设计分析

摘    要:根据现代矿井自动排水需要,设计一种兼具电动阀、逆止阀和水锤消除器3种功能的矿用多功能水泵联动阀,应用三维软件Pro/Engineer建立矿用多功能水泵联动阀的简化模型,并应用Pro/E Mechanica(M)组件重点对所设计的多功能水泵联动阀阀芯进行静力学分析,为在实验室设计出性能更佳的多功能水泵联动阀提供了参考方法和依据,这对于研究工矿企业排水阀门设备具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:According to the modern mine automatically drainage needs,design a mine multifunctional pump linkage valve that has three functions the electric valve,check valve and water hammer eliminator have.Using three-dimensional software Pro/Engineer to establish the mining multifunctional pump linkage valve simplified model,and applying Pro/E Mechanica(M) components to conduct static analysis focusing on the designed multi-functional pump linkage valve spool.This provide a reference method and basis for better performance in the laboratory to design multi-functional water pump valve linkage and it has important guiding significance for the industrial and mining drainage devices.
