物联网技术在煤矿可视化管理的应用研究

摘    要:结合物联网技术内容,对物联网技术在煤矿可视化管理系统中的应用原理进行研究,设计了煤矿可视化管理系统架构模型和数据处理逻辑结构模型。通过该系统的设计,能够实现井下生产环境和地质条件的感知,对各种危险源的预报、预警和主动式保障;实现人员和生产进度的感知,提高生产效率,降低生产成本和资源消耗;实现煤矿设备运转状态,问题预判和远程控制的感知。同时,该系统对感知信息和数据综合分析和处理,实现信息可视化,促进管理者洞察和决策能力,提高企业管理效果。

Abstract:Based on the contents of IOT technologies,the paper researched the application principles of IOT technologies which could be used in coal mine visualization management,then designed the system architecture model and data processing logical structure model of coal mine visualization management system.Through the research,the system can percept underground production environment sensor and the geological condition sensor,in order that all sorts of hazards can be forecasted,early warned and actively controlled.It can percept the information of worker sensor and production progress sensor to improve the production efficiency and reduce production cost and resources consumption.It can percept the states of coal equipment operation sensor,anticipation sensor and remote control sensor.At the same time,by processing the sensory information and data,the system can also realize information visualization,promote managers' capability of insight and decision,and improve the enterprise management effects.
