摘    要:采用等间距法直线拟合抛物线形轮廓,推算在允许的加工误差范围内的进给步长,计算节点表达式,并在此基础上编写基于宏程序的零件数控加工程序,解决了在只有直线或圆弧插补的数控系统中手工编写非圆曲线比较困难的问题。

Abstract:This article adopts equally spaced method to fit parabolic profile by straight lines,calculate segment of the feed step in the range of allowable processing error and compute node expression.The NC part program based on macro program solves the difficult problem of non-circular curve programmed manually in CNC with only lines and circular interpolations.
