| 摘 要： | 生产加工时,经常遇到一些零件形状复杂、加工难度大、精度要求高的情况,运用传统的加工方法无法实现零件的要求。通过在数控车床编程过程中巧妙使用一些复合循环指令加工这些零件,简化编程的复杂程度,提高工作效率,从而更好地完成零件的加工。

| Abstract: | Actual production and processing,often encountered in some parts of complex shape,difficult to process and high precision.Use of traditional processing methods can not achieve the requirements of parts.This paper describes the process in the programming of CNC lathe using some clever processing of these components combined-cycle instructions,intended to simplify the complexity of programming,improve work efficiency,in order to better complete machining. |
