摘    要:针对传统煤矿蓄电池电机车直流电机传动系统能耗大、效率低的缺点,介绍了一种基于DSP的开关磁阻电机调速(SRD)系统,从三相12/8极开关磁阻电机、驱动电路结构及控制策略进行了分析。以DSP TMS320LF2407A为核心,采用电流、速度闭环控制,实现了电机车四象限运行,与原直流电机驱动相比,SRD系统启动电流小,转矩大,电机车运行平稳,对于提高煤矿企业的经济效益、减少不安全因素和降低事故率具有重要意义。

Abstract:For low efficiency drawbacks of battery electric vehicle traction power with DC motor drive system,battery electric vehicle with switched reluctance motor(SRM) drive system is presented based on DSP TMS320F2407A.The principles and characteristics of three-phase 12/8 pole SRM are described.The hardware circuits and control strategy are analysized.SRD four-quadrant running with speed,current double-loop reversible control system was designed.Compared with DC motor,SRD system starting current is smaller and torque is bigger,electric vehicle has excellent dynamic and static performance.All of those have important significance for improving economic benefit of coal mines,reducing unsafety factors and accident rate.
