数字化矿山建设的全域模型

摘    要:根据矿山建设信息化、数字化的发展趋势,针对一些矿山企业在数字化矿山建设过程中存在的一些问题,简要介绍了数字化矿山的概念及其建设的必要性和意义。在分析矿山企业信息化特殊要求的基础上,提出了数字化矿山建设的四层全域模型,从决策层、管控层、数据层、设备层4个层次对整个数字化矿山的整体架构进行了设计,并分别对数字化矿山建设的全域模型及其建设过程中所需的关键技术进行了详细地描述。研究结果表明数字化矿山建设的全域模型可涵盖矿山的生产、管理、经营、资源、环境、安全、效益等各个方面,充分体现了矿山数字化、信息化的全面性、实用性和可操作性,对矿山企业的数字化和信息化建设具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract:Data mine concept and its necessity and signification was introduced.On the basis of analyzing especial requirement of mine enterprise information,4-level whole domain model of data mine construction was put forward.Whole structure of data mine was designed from decision level,management level,data level and equipment level.Whole domain model and key technologies were depicted.Results showed that whole domain model of data mine could cover every aspect including mining,management,operation,resources,environment,safety and profit.It reflected digitization,comprehensive information,practical applicability and maneuverability and could provide reference for digitization and information of mine enterprise.
