小型液压挖掘机液压机构监测系统的设计

摘    要:首先构建了液压挖掘机状态监测系统结构,即由单片机及其外围电路、传感器、显示输出设备、声光报警装置组成的实时监测系统。在此基础上设计了此系统需要的硬件电路和软件程序。硬件电路部分采用模块化设计思路,主要是信号输入模块,信号输出模块,单片机最小系统模块,电源电路模块。基于C语言编译器功能越来越强大,及其C语言被使用的范围越来越广泛,本软件程序采用C51语言编程,相对于汇编语言,程序代码少,易读性好。

Abstract:Describes structure of condition monitoring system for hydraulic excavator,by the MCU and its peripheral circuits,sensors,display output device,sound and light alarm device consisting of realtime monitoring system.On this basis,the design of system needs hardware and software.The modular designed concept of Hardware part,mainly signal input module,output module,microcontroller minimum system module,power supply circuit module.Taking into account C compiler is now more powerful,and range of C language is used more widely,the software program used C51 language programming,as opposed to assembly language code less readable and good.
