基于UG和Matlab的弧齿锥齿轮三维精确建模

摘    要:基于弧齿锥齿轮啮合基本原理,给出了其三维精确建模的方法。借助于球面渐开线、基圆锥螺旋线的数学模型,根据弧齿锥齿轮基本参数,利用Matlab软件编程计算得到齿形、齿向数据点,在UG环境下完成弧齿锥齿轮的三维建模。通过对汽车后桥从动齿轮的实际建模,验证了该三维实体建模方法的可行性及其在弧齿锥齿轮误差检测与评定中的应用。

Abstract:A method of accurate 3D modeling of spiral bevel gear is given on basis of its meshing theory.By means of mathematical models of spherical involute and base cone helix,the data of tooth profile and tooth trace of gear can be obtained by using Matlab software to program and calculate according to basic parameters of spiral bevel gear,then the 3D modeling of gear is created in UG environment.The feasibility of this solid modeling method and application of it in measurement and error evaluation of spiral bevel gear are verified by actual modeling of automobile rear axle driven gear.
