大采高掩护式液压支架的结构设计与分析

摘    要:在轻放支架已不能满足越来越复杂的大采高的煤矿地质条件情况下,分析研究了大采高掩护式液压支架在总体结构及重要部件的结构特点,并借助现代设计法对关键参数进行有限元分析,使液压支架能够更好地适应煤矿安全要求,满足煤矿高产高效的大采高综采技术需要,保证了支架的可靠性。

Abstract:Based on the light caving support no longer in compliance with the case of the more complex geological conditions of high mining height.It was analyzed on the general structure and the important parts structural characteristics about the high mining height shield hydraulic support.By the finite element analysis of the modern design method,the key design parameters were analyzed.It could make hydraulic support better orientate require and need of coal mine safety in production,meet high output,high efficiency and high mining height long wall mining techniques,ensure the reliability of the stent.
