掘进机履带行走驱动轮的设计

摘    要:目前国内煤矿用掘进机主要采用履带式行走机构,由驱动轮驱动沿履带板组成的链轨移动,从而实现整机的行走。参照驱动轮设计的相关标准,提出了一种简单的设计方法,供相关设计参考。

Abstract:Now most walking mechanism in coal roadheader adopt the crawler,the roadheader moves along the crawler boards by the driving wheel.Base on the standard of the driving wheel,a simple method was introduced.It can provide reference for engineer design.
