摘    要:概括了微生物絮凝菌的筛选和纯化的研究状况。介绍了絮凝剂的提纯及生化分析方法。对絮凝机理进行了探讨,从水环境生物、化学角度对吸附-架桥机理进行了解释,并通过实例进行分析。最后,系统概述了微生物絮凝剂在废水处理中的研究进展,并提出了目前应当进行的研究方向及思路。

Abstract:The research and exploitation about bioflocculant were summarized. The present status about bioflocculant-producing microbe and the purifying methods as well as the analyzing methods for bioflocculant component were introduced. The possible flocculation mechanisms were also discussed,especially for the bridge-work mechanism from biological and chemical aspects of water environment which were supported by analysis on several real examples. The latest development of bioflocculant on water treatment were summarized systematically and the emphasis on this field ,which should be made in near future,were proposed.
