摘    要:研究了大米中油脂和5种拟除虫菊酯在GPC柱上的流出规律。选择了13min(流速5ml/min)为GPC净化的最佳切割点。建立了大米中5种农药的检测方法。采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)净化油脂,SPE辅助净化其它干扰物。在此条件下,干扰物得到了很好的去除,大部分农药回收率保持在70%-90%,变异系数小于20%。

Abstract:Elution behavior from a gel permeation chromatography column (GPC) was determined for oil and fivesynthetic pyrethroid insecticides taken from rice grain. Collection time for optimum GPC cleanup was 13 min at a flowrate of 5 ml/min. A method was established for determining five pesticides in rice grain. GPC was used to clean up oil,followed by supplemental removal of other impurities using solid-phase extraction (SPE). Under these conditions,impurities were removed efficiently. Most of the pesticides were recovered at 70 to 90%, with coefficients of variationless than 20%.
