摘    要: 冷连轧机动态变规格技术是全连续冷连轧生产的核心技术之一,是一个具有多变量耦合和非线性时变特性的复杂过程。这使得采用常规的控制理论进行控制器设计变得非常复杂和困难。以国内某厂1250 mm冷连轧机组为研究对象,采用神经网络并结合遗传算法建立控制模型,实现冷连轧机的动态变规格的智能控制。实际生产应用表明该控制模型精度高、稳定性好。

Abstract:FGC control is one of the core technology of the continuous tandem cold rolling mill, and it is a complex process with the trait of multi-variable coupling and non-linear time-changing. It is complex and difficult to design the control model by traditional control theory. With one of the domestic 1250 mm continuous tandem cold rolling mill as the research object, control model based on neural network and genetic algorithms is researched and intelligent control of FGC for tandem cold rolling mill is used. The practical application shows that the control model is of high accuracy and good stability.
