| 摘 要： | 介绍了氧化铁粉的主要用途和济钢冷轧板厂酸再生机组氧化铁粉的生产工艺,并结合铁粉中氧化铁、氯离子和水分的含量以及铁粉的平均粒径四项指标分析了影响氧化铁粉质量的各种因素,提出了提高氧化铁粉质量的有效措施,使氧化铁粉的各项技术指标达到了设计保证数值。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the application and the production technology of ferric oxide powder in acid regeneration plant of Jigang Cold Rolling Mill.Combining with the technical index including the content of Fe2O3,Cl-,H2O and the average particle size,the factors which affected the quality of the ferric oxide powder was analyzed.The effective measures to improve the quality of the ferric oxide powder were put forward,therefore,the technical index reached the guaranteed value. |
