| 摘 要： | 上海石油化工股份有限公司芳烃厂芳烃联合装置改造开工过程中两台并联的立式换热器存在偏流问题 ,分析了偏流问题发生的原因 ,提出了改造方案 ,即 :缩小换热器的管程分配器筛板的孔径 ;管程进料管内增设气液混合器 ;两台立式换热器壳程出口物流经各自管道分别进产物分离器。改造取得了很好的效果

| Abstract: | Asymmetrical flow occurred in two parallel vertical heat exchangers during the start running of revamped aromatic complex unit in Shanghai Petrochemical Company Ltd. The causes have been analyzed and the revamping scheme was proposed, i.e. reducing the sieve plate aperture size of pipe pass distributor in heat exchanger, adding a gas-liquid mixer in pipe pass feed pipe and the streams from two parallel vertical heat exchangers' shell passes are fed into product separators respectively through individual pipelines. Good effect has been obtained after the revamping. |
