预应力CFRP筋粘结夹片式球面锚具的研制与试验

摘    要:碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)筋良好的工作性能使其可以代替传统的预应力钢筋,但相对滞后的锚固体系研究已成为影响其使用的关键原因。通过研制新型的CFRP筋粘结夹片式球面锚具,研制了3种不同尺寸锚具,共9组试件进行锚固性能试验。结果表明,在锚固国产光圆碳纤维增强塑料筋时,锚具锚固效率最大达到80.6%;对于粘结夹片式球面锚具,钢质套管长度和粘结介质的粘结性能是影响锚固性能的关键因素;球面锚具可以自动调整CFRP筋的中线与锚具锥孔中线,改变孔口的受力特性,减小孔口剪应力,提高锚固性能。
